PDL (Purpose driven Life) Ministry write ups for Keyworkers Got Life? Get Ministry! Name of Ministry: Key workers Contact Name: Becky Hammond What is the purpose of your ministry? To provide informed support to young people and to be a point of contact if any concerns arise from the young people or their parents. It is hoped that in future this will include mentoring the young people. What is involved for those wishing to be part of this ministry? To be available for the young people who are allocated to you. To follow them up if they have not been attending. Key workers need to be a youth leader and also to have a mentor of their own. Note! This role is only relatively new and is still developing. How much of a time commitment is involved? This depends on the young people and the effort you want to put in. When and where does the ministry take place? Informally, as and when.
